It’s like Drbbble or Behance made a task management app, alongside it’s Trello like functionality, it’ll give you a really nice user experience. Everlist - Everlist is a new task management application, and it’s one of the most impressive looking ones of the clan. If you’re a department with above 4 people, worth taking a look! ( - freemium with premium) *Review.ġ6. Azendoo - This is something I saw on Helen Crozier’s page and was impressed by, this is a team management tool designed for marketing departments and agencies, it is very similar to Asana but plays more of a role on organising team communication and planning holistic activities. It’s a very old school approach to planning your week but takes it’s motivation from “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, with a very holistic view to your week and life goals, it’s a neat tool for going deeper on your targets and goals. is something I discovered on Reddit, but deserves some daps and attention. I find it works best with teams over 5, but none-the-less a very smooth and simple experience to get your team co-ordinated towards the same mission, same targets and a way forward. Asana - Asana is the task management and project management tool for teams. Baron Fig - This is NOT an App (they do have apps too)- Baron Fig issomething that your team/you should look to grab! I barely speak about notebooks and physical products, but this is a fantastically pretty notebook range that you’ll want in your hands for every meeting - worth looking out! ( Baron Fig - starting from $9) *Review.ġ3. It’s super flexible and versatile, easy to follow and runs off a process called “Kanban” allowing you to take your productivity to a new level. Trello - Trello is something I’ve been talking about for a few years and something perfect for either project management for teams or individuals. Pocket - such a tool for collating your articles each day, you’ll find that this will be the bank of articles you don’t get to read during your day! With tagging features and clipping from any app/web experience it’ll be your clever digital buddy who keeps your articles safe for later. Essentially with their clean, book-style app it’ll replicate your writing, drawing and creative experiences all inside your iPad/iPhone app, they’ve added such lovely functionality underneath with sharing abilities and collab features! ( Paper By 53 - free) *Mention.ġ0. Paper by 53 - this is a concept that has been out for a while now, Paper tries to be your pocket digital physical notebook. ( overcast.fm - free (with in-app purchases) * Quick Review.ĩ. With a fantastic UI, this podcast app will get you back in the audio journeys. Overcast - such a lovely Podcasting app, it really takes your experience back to a basic experience but overlays heaps of features that’ll shave minutes off listening to your podcasts daily. Matcha App - Matcha 3 is a journaling/writing tool that will allow you to connect with your notes on Evernote and Dropbox as well as locally. Hours App - Impressive iOS app allowing you to track all the hours you work across your day, this is great for auditing yourself and also for freelance/self-employed individuals looking to really manage their time/money ratios (- free) *Review.ħ. It’s decent, and worth your 5 minutes to see if it’s yours. MeisterTask - These guys are the creators of the infamous Mind mapping software - MindMeister, now they start their adventure with MeisterTask, if Trello + Wunderlist has a baby it would be MeisterTask. Well worth use if you like tasks blended with work-life balance features! (Proud - from £2.99). It’s got a beautiful user interface, a beautiful feature set and a friendly brand. Proud (iOS) - fans of Clear will love this… But also get a new experience of course. 2DO App (iOS,Mac) - GTD fans get ready! This is Omnifocus’s little brother (if it had one), 2Do aims to solve your task manager problems + your project management app, it’s beautiful on both Mac and iOS, something that’ll take a few weeks to get fully in-control of all the features. Again, used to manage all tasks, this app will get you started with your productivity adventures. RTM (Remember the Milk) - after a recent re-launch (February 2016), we’ve seen a fresh feel to this older Australian born productivity app. Lots more coming too on Mac & iOS apparently! It really is impressive if you’re looking for a consistent machine to organise your tasks. 1.Todoist - I’ve been using Todoist for just over 2 years now, it’s a super versatile tool that’ll allow you to organise all of your tasks and project folders with ease.
